My focus is on connecting you to feel more deeply and effectively the experiences you have with yourself and others through my coaching. We will increase your self-awareness including a strong focus into your leadership quirks and behaviours. From this you will develop more mastery and increased levels of assertiveness. Informed by Neuroscience, Ontology, positive psychology, spiritual and creative strategies the program will result in your accelerated learning and results.
One of the most important elements in forming an effective coaching relationship is the quality of the material and the preparation given for each session. My material is a combination of inspiring, corporate, creative and spiritual strategies to inspire you to bold action.
Preparation paves the way for success. I will prepare you for the series with a self-driven preparation tool and we will work together to define clear measurable outcomes in line with your broader organisation objectives.
Feedback will be given at your session and in between sessions. If you are a senior leader we can discuss what type of feedback you and your organisation requires. I am committed to making sure my clients get the most value out of every session and I know my value lies in the fresh perspective I bring as an outsider to your leadership.
As a leader, you also may desperately need time to think. I understand you may be spending time rushing here and there, rest assured, in our coaching you will get the essential reflection time with me both during the session and in the week if you choose to take up that option.
