This check in anchors you in new goals and strategies. Quite often when we follow on with our routines we can revert back to our old habits. Just like going to the doctor, many people enjoy the assurance of having a coach check to ensure they are going to meet there goals.
Our thinking can naturally regress to “Homo-Statis” to the old default position and behaviors. It is a physical and biological principle for our brains to have a tendency towards keeping things the same. It happens to everyone. Jayne will make sure you are focused on where it matters most.
