Living by Tenacity

Spirit of Tenaciousness

Tenacious leaders are called for. Gritty, dog with a bone leaders infused with passion. In the business of building leadership and success the quality of tenaciousness is not to be diluted.

Tenaciousness:

#1 Grip fast to the goals: Tenacious leaders are unwavering. Where there is a will there is a way. They remember the immovable qualities of what they are seeking. They are not easily persuaded out of them. They can see into the future as if it is already here. This enables them to “grip fast” onto the future in its fullness.

#2 Hopefulness: They bring a spirit of hopefulness including an aspiration for manifesting full potential and a trust that this is possible. This intention is driven with an energy that serves this to unfold.

#3 Develop an expansive and a retentive memory: A broad perspective gives them a freedom to pick and choose. They have an ability to span the horizon of our thinking and then choose where to focus. Problem solving to planning and vision, leaders need to know where to pick next battle and focus the conversation.

They remember important information and details that can make a difference.

#4 Rally their passion: Iron fist connection to their values. They know what they stand for.  Sharing this vibe strengthens and solidifies other people’s resolve as to why they do what they do.

#5 Sincere purpose: Sincerity speaks volumes and tenacious leaders do not cross the lines that go against their overarching purpose. There is an unshakable genuineness that under pins every word, every action.

#6 Buckets of self-empathy: They bring a deep level of self-respect to face any adversity. They develop the skills no matter what. The gruel of soul searching and self-development is not above them. They have the energy and attitude to go the distance.

#7 Persistent and NOT ok with failure:  Tireless in the pursuit of excellence they work hard. They have an unyielding self-talk that pushes them from breakdown to breakup. They are resilient and cope with negative emotions in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats and stress.

They have a great “bounce back” factor to “pirouette” again and again.
