About Jayne
I am an experienced executive leadership coach, workshop facilitator and trainer, actor, animal lover and mother. With over nine years’ experience and 1500 hours of face to face coaching I bring hands on experience and accumulated knowledge specifically to leadership coaching. I work with C-Suite clients, leaders and emerging leaders in corporate, not-for-profit and business sectors to increase their leadership performance and effectiveness.
Over the last decade, I have worked with business leaders and their teams to empower them towards excellence in leadership. My clients have been: Myer Timber, Salesforce, Hire a Hubby, NAB bank, Mary MacKillop Foundation, Godfrey and Pembroke, Blue Plant PR, Kylie Tink and Associates and many other small to medium business owners from various industries.
My career began as a professional actor, in television, theatre and film for 12 years. Trained at the highly selective West Australian Academy of Performing Arts, and instrumental in establishing and driving many “off Broadway” theatrical shows leading to her own one-woman stage show. After years of working as a creative person, I decided to change my life.
I started a family and ran my own business in the central city by establishing, developing and operating a large restaurant. This was an incredible learning curve requiring stamina and performance.
As, I was obsessively curious about what makes people tick, and my own self-development I formed Wish Solutions Coaching, worked for two Executive coaching organisations, the respected NeuroLeadership group, then furthered my practical leadership skills with Integrity and Values. I am a fully accredited coach with both organisations and am proud to work within the respectful boundaries of the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. (ICF) ICF competencies
Other vignettes; guest appearances on 2GB, live coach-on- call and the Results Coaching Systems ‘Making a Bigger Difference’ award in recognition of her generous service to the coaching industry. My role as coach assessor in which I was responsible for training and assessing coaches to gain formal coaching qualifications both here and with the ICF. I enjoyed this analytical intellectual process which characterizes my work at times.
